What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders of less than 10 units are shipped via Australia Post via standard post.  Larger orders are shipped via our network of couriers across Australia.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally.  Please contact us for our international rates.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For orders shipped via Australia Post, please allow up to 4 business days for delivery to eastern capital cities and up to 6 for Northern/Western cities.  Orders shipped via courier can be expected in 1-3 business days Australia-wide.

We will supply a tracking number with all parcels.  Please enter it into the appropriate carrier’s page to see the location of your parcel.  For Australia Post this is: http://auspost.com.au/track/

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently only accept PayPal however we will be integrating Stripe as an added option shortly.

Is Buying Through LEDWorkshop Safe?

The security and safety of your personal information is of extreme importance to us.  All communication between yourself and LEDWorkshop’s servers is encrypted via SSL and hence cannot be intercepted by external parties.  We use PayPal as our payment gateway, an organisation built on trust and information safety.

Do You Have a Returns Policy?

For all downlights we have a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee whereby which we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs for any items which are returned to us in as-received condition including any packaging.
